“Rooms are spacious and well designed. The hotel offers all the basics necessity in a clean and welcoming environment. It's also nice to be able to share the sister hotel's pool and gym. I found out bedroom very clean except for the night stand that was dusty. It was a big contrast with the rest of the room! The family also found the pool ramps to be unstable and feeling a bit unsafe. Location is the biggest "issue" being that it's a but isolated. However it's way to get to any part of the city.”

“I stayed at Candlewood Suites Trois-Rivières Ouest and was very satisfied overall. The hotel is modern and clean. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, a large TV, and a well-equipped bathroom. The lounge and laundry facilities are also very convenient, especially for longer stays. Staff were friendly and the location is excellent — close to the highway, shops, and restaurants, with free parking. The only downside is the breakfast: the area feels crowded during busy hours, and the food selection is quite limited. Still, it’s a great option for both short and extended stays in Trois-Rivières, and I would recommend it.”

“Exceptionally clean, well appointed suites, very nice amenities, professional and efficient staff. Super comfortable beds. The hotel is great, however frequently booked with hockey teams on winter weekends and can be loud and disruptive with unsupervised kids. Security was helpful in keeping this to a minimum. Will book again. Great place to stay.”
